Color Dare #15 - Lagoon, Pear, and Creme Brulee

Hi everybody! I'm so excited to be back doing the color dare again! I've been gone for over a month and it was way overdue. We are all settled into our new house and enjoying it. Thanks for bearing with me, and I apologize for the delay.

This week we are featuring Summer colors because I am trying to catch up on my scrapbooking from our summer vacation. Next week look for colors more appropriate to Autumn. This week's colors are:

Lagoon
Pear
Creme Brulee

Here is my summery layout, using Footloose:
This layout is completely level 2, using Dimensional Elements complements and no stamping. The pattern is Sweet Symphony from Imagine.

Now it's your turn. Check out the rules on the side bar and go create something fun. Link it up here, and I will pick a winner next week. I will give bonus points if you use a layout or card pattern from one of our how-to books. Enjoy!

  2. So glad to see that the challenge is back and to hear that you are enjoying your new home!
I'm sorry I didn't see the New England Ivy on the Footloose B&T until I've finished the card. I hope I could still share it with you and your blog readers. Thanks.

    1. That's fine, Joyce. I think my layout has a little New England Ivy on it as well. :)

  3. So happy to see you back in the blogging world, and the stamping saddle! (totally mixing metaphors there...). Glad your new crafting space is set up, and the family is settled. I likely won't manage a project for this week's dare, but i'll be joining in again in the future.
