Color Dare #83 - Juniper, Lagoon, Sweet Leaf, & Skylark Yellow

Thank you for visiting the Color Dare! We hope you will find some time to play along with us this week. I really enjoyed looking through the entries from the Goldrush/Topiary challenge; Sheila will be posting the winners soon.

This week we are showcasing one of our new paper packs: Skylark. The colors are:

Sweet Leaf
Skylark Yellow

If you don't have the Skylark paper, feel free to use similar colors. Skylark yellow is a sort of greenish-yellow, but feel free to use Buttercup or Sunkiss Yellow if you have them.

I made a Level 2 layout that I found on Jeanette Lynton's blog. I changed a couple of things, but for the most part it is the same. I really like the Dimensional Elements compliments that come with this pack! You can read more about it on my blog.

Our guest designer this week is Arlene Bonsma. She used these soothing colors to make a pretty sympathy card:

Now look what we have from our design team:

Now it's your turn! Make a project using the featured colors. If you don't have the exact colors, use the closest you have. Take a photo of your project and upload it to your blog. Include a link to us and our challenge photo in your blog post. Link your post (not your blog in general) up at the bottom of this page. Most importantly, don't forget to have fun! Please read the sidebar for complete challenge rules.
