Color Dare #281 - Tic Tac Toe Board with Make Waves Color Palatte

Thank you to all the Talented Crafters who join us to share their artwork using Close to My Heart colors (or similar colors when necessary). We are happy to have you sharing art in our Gallery and please invite your friends to our Buddy Program.

It's the last Color Challenge in February and Tic-Tac-Toe is here again. You get to choose colors from a Tic-Tac-Toe board using the Close to My Heart color palette from the featured paper pack of this month "Make Waves" You must use and identify the three colors in a row of your choice with your entry. You may also add any or all of the other colors from the Tic-Tac-Toe board and Black and White Daisy are always free to use but please do not add extra colors. Excellent color palette for Spring and Easter.

Our challenges last for 2 weeks to give you extra time to get your creative juices flowing. The Design Team will award weekly blog badges for their favorite entries and a random prize winner will be drawn from all winning entries each month.
