Winners Color Dare #147

Thank you all for playing along in last week's Monochromatic color challenge! We appreciate each and every one who shared her lovely artwork with us.  Now, on to the winners:

    Dorothy, congratulations on Diamond Winner for Challenge 147...the card is beautiful. I've tried to do the bokeh and not very successful. All the cards submitted for this challenge were great and I'm sure a tough decision for the DT...and noted that all the winners were blue monochromatic. Thanks again for the honor and congrats to all.
